These terms apply when you visit unberry's website and buy our products. By placing an order, you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or state.

2. Our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or concern, ask a health professional. Read the directions and precautions before use.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank or Stripe may display or charge an equivalent amount in your local currency.
- Shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or unavailable stock; if so, you will be fully refunded.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Their price, frequency and cancellation process are described in our Subscription Terms.
6. Shipping and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in our Refund Policy.
7. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or video, it must be genuine and reflect your own experience. You allow us to display it on our website and social media, with your first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Unberry name, our texts, images and website design belong to us. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for providing products that comply with the descriptions on our website and with applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages or for use of the products contrary to their directions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you place your order.
