Where we ship

We ship from Montréal, Québec, to Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 48 to 72 hours once they have shipped.

• Remote areas and some United States destinations may take a few more days.

Shipping costs

• Canada: free.
• United States: free.

Shipping is free on every order, including subscription deliveries. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Customs and duties (United States)

Orders ship from Canada. If customs duties or import taxes apply to a delivery in the United States, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; the cost of reshipping is charged to you.
