If you are not happy with your Unberry purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days and send you the return address.

Conditions

• Opened and used products are accepted: the guarantee is there so you can try the cream.
• The product must be sent back to us before we refund you. Please wait for our reply before shipping it: we give you the return address.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• The guarantee applies once per customer and per product.

When you will be refunded

Once we receive your return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to your first subscription delivery. You can cancel future deliveries at any time, before your next renewal date, as described in our Subscription Terms.
